I told her I have celiac and I was informed that this place was truly gluten free, within minutes of eating the Pad Thai I was instantly sick. Be aware if you have celiac. Businesses need to learned to not claim that they’re GF if they’re truly not GF. EDIT: I want to clarify that my review was not intended to bash your business, but to share my personal experience as someone with medically diagnosed celiac disease. I clearly communicated my condition before ordering and was told the food was truly gluten-free. Unfortunately, I became ill within minutes of eating. For individuals with celiac disease, reactions are most often caused by cross-contact or hidden gluten in sauces or shared preparation areas, even when ingredients themselves are gluten-free. My intention was simply to make others with celiac aware so they can make informed decisions. I appreciate your passion for your business and wish you well.
