Every time I go to Ellensburg this is my first stop on my wishlist of places to go!!!!! They have thee most incredible corn quesadilla and delicious flan!!! I have Celiac and this is the only place I've ever found that makes a homemade corn tortilla big enough to make a quesadilla. The Tinga chicken has the perfect heat and the flan has a decadent texture. Everyone that works here is so friendly and the food is outrageously good! Dreaming of the quesadilla from California as I write this haha!

This is the best Mexican food in Ellensburg. The corn quesadillas with tinga chicken are especially delicious… and gluten free. Also, don’t leave the restaurant without getting some Flan. It’s divine. Great service and friendly staff. We are lucky to have this place to eat.
Also, all the food is made fresh so it will take a little longer. It’s best to order by phone and then go get it. It’s definitely worth the wait.
