Review: I used to be a loyal customer of this awesome local Mexican eatery - until today.
Their quesa birria tacos are to die for, and all of their tacos are gluten free, all the more reason for me to love this place since I eat gluten free. However, on this fateful day, my usual takeout order of birria tacos looked different when I bought them home to have for dinner - undercooked, especially the tacos. My gf radar went off and I realized why - they had used flour tortillas instead of the corn ones that their menu says they do. The server while taking my order, not only did not confirm with me if flour tortillas will be OK as they ran out of corn ones, the same server also handed me the order without mentioning the substitution. Be careful if you have food sensitivities or allergies. Picture of the super stretchy flour taco below. Disappointed loyal customer who will think twice before going back.
