Wonderful experience the other night at Los Montes. Roberto took great care of us-- he let me practice my Spanish and conversed with my partner (who doesn't know Spanish) in English, he made sure to check that the gluten free bread was okay for me with my other allergies, and he anticipated our needs before we articulated them. He's really on top of things. The food was excellent. We got the tripe as a starter and could have gotten full off just that, it was so filling and so delicious. For mains, I got salmon and my partner got Iberian pork, both of which were superb. Highly recommend!

I've visited this restaurant twice and will definitely return a third time. Quality food and excellent service: fast, attentive, and with well-executed dishes from the land (and the sea). Manuel made us feel at ease from the first moment, worrying about our comfort and asking us about our experience. The allergen menu is very celiac-friendly, with most dishes suitable for this type of intolerance. It's popular both nationally and internationally, and it's advisable to make a reservation because it's a popular option in the area. Eloy, another member of the staff, served some Italian diners and also speaks Portuguese. In short: very professional and diligent staff, which, together with the menu, makes it a highly recommended experience for special occasions. Bon apetit.
