Absolutely amazing. Not a single bad thing on the menu. Vegan and gluten free options without any sacrifice of flavor. Try something new. Let the chefs explain the menu or listen to the recommendations. Reserve the chef’s counter for a truly amazing experience. Find someone special and share an experience at Lotte.

The menu was unusual and delicious. They had gluten free and gluten sensitive items that were also delicious. They change their menu seasonally and source locally as much as possible. Not impressed with the charcuterie board, though. It seemed a bit scant compared to others in town. The one downsiden in atmosphere was that it was rather loud and echo-y, so hearing each other talk was hard at times. I think it had more to do with the industrial style design (exposed HVAC tubes and concrete floor) than the open kitchen (which was entertaining to watch).
