This place is super hit or miss. There's only one barrister that knows how to make a coffee and unfortunately she usually works at Straight Up in the city. Very dissappointing, as the coffee would be decent if the staff were better trained. However, better coffee training probably wouldn't account for much of a development, as my main grovel about this place is that the staff don't seem to have a clue as to what is going on. They stare at you with open mouths while you're browsing the baked goods and when you place your order, panic spreads across their faces. Only saving grace about Baked is their selection of gluten free baked good, which when they don't overdose on the egg, can be pretty yummy.
