Beautiful 2-story open Sushi lounge in the Monte Vista Hotel in the historic Flagstaff district. The food came out incredibly fast, full of flavor and color. There weren't many gluten-free options but is understandable based on the sauces they use. However, they did have gluten-free soy sauce. I loved the vibe, great music, friendly host staff, and our waiter was a delight. I look forward to returning and exploring the menu further. Arigatō!

Great food, even bette service! Hope was our server and she was wonderful! Very sweet and eager to help. She even spoke to us in French as we are visiting from Montreal, Canada. The atmosphere was very cozy as well. I would highly recommend this place if you love sushi :)
