Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

We were excited when this pizzeria opened near us. We ordered several pizzas when family was in town, and although it was pretty expensive, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Surprising to find a gluten free deep dish, and the toppings on ‘The Lou’ were delicious. I do have to say that the crust seemed very, very yeasty. When we picked up the order, my husband made an impulse purchase of a salad he saw in the display cooler, which is unusual for him lol, and it turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the meal, really good vinaigrette. After downloading the app and signing up for email, we have gotten pretty good offers and discounts too. Update: just had to add that when I recently placed an online order for a gf ‘The Lou’ pizza with no cheese, an employee actually called me to let me know that there is some cheese in the Spinach Mix used on that pizza, which I was fine with, but I appreciated that they took allergens and dietary sensitivities that seriously, very impressive, and great customer service!
