Love the gluten-free pizza. I order it uncut. It does not turn out well if you order it "well done". It makes the crust hard to cut and chew.

This review is solely for their gluten-free pizza, which is terrible. I’ve had it twice now. Both times the dough was raw. Lou’s needs to learn how to par-bake a crust, which can be done in advance, by the way. So for those of you who are suffering from gluten issues, I strongly suggest that you not waste your money, and look elsewhere for a GF crust.

Lot was empty on a Monday at 4pm. Seated quickly at a booth in the main central seating area, host was cordial. The area was clean, bathrooms had tp pieces on the floor. The party rooms look tired, dark and dated. Our server was quick, knowledgeable, and got our drinks going quickly. The appetizers (bruschetta, boneless wings, and cheddar cubes) were excellent! The chicken sandwich was dry without much flavor. The crust on the gluten free pizza could not be consumed as it was rock hard. The thin crust pizza had little flavor except for the butter crust, which was cut but not actually. I had to tear the pizza apart, instead of using the spatula to scoop the slices. The desserts were excellent and put smiles on everyone's faces.
