I thought I would never be able to eat poutine after my diagnosis of celiac disease, but I discovered that Louis makes gluten-free poutine sauce and it is delicious too!!!!! Thank you for allowing me to eat one of my favorite dishes again and thank you for the truly courteous service! It’s always a pleasure to go to Louis!😊
