I ordered a gluten free cake for my husband’s birthday and it was delicious. Everyone at the party enjoyed it and they wouldn’t have known it was gluten free had we not told them. The owner was knowledgeable about cross contamination and assured me they have a separate area and supplies for their gluten free orders. The cake was decorated perfectly as well. I will definitely use Louise’s Cakes & Supply again for gluten free and regular cakes.
