Loving Hut Seattle Vegan Cuisine

The lemongrass wheat gluten tasted nice. Only a 5/5 cus finding a decent vegan restaurant is extremely hard.

I have gone to 2 other loving hut locations and they have been amazing! I was so excited to try this place and love that they have vegan options and so many gluten free options. Unfortunately, both me and my friend who is also gluten free both got glutened from the pho here. We made sure it ask for the gluten free option, I even went up to the staff and asked them about specific pieces of fake meat and the woman told me what it was and assured me it was gluten free. Very sad experince, I had also ordered a side to go and Unfortunately had to throw that away to not expose myself to more gluten. Side note, we went with two other people who are both feeling fine and can eat gluten and we both have different symptoms when we eat gluten and are both experiencing those. Definitely sad to say but I would not trust it as a gluten free human, especially celiac folks.
