I was looking for gluten free tortillas and when I asked for help, I was told to look for the name brand of the kind I'm looking for because product brands are grouped together... "I said I don't have a brand in mind" and the staff member had nothing more to contribute.
1st time, last time in a Lowe's.
Suggestion to the management - have your staff tour a Whole Foods and see how they operate. My shopping needs will remain over there due to their friendliness, better selection, and more logically organized products. Even if that means I have to spend a little more, it's worth it.

Really good selection for gluten-free foods because they're clearly marked, sometimes there are empty shelves but I can usually find what I'm looking for thankfully
