Lubben Vineyards & Wines LLC

My wife, daughter and I visited the new Lubben Vineyard and Wines Anamosa facility on two occasions, Saturday September 21 and Sunday September 22 (we enjoyed our visit so much we had to return the next day for the music). We sampled their wine by ordering wine flights - we had the Sweet Flight and the White Flight. All the wines sampled were fantastic! We also shared bottles of St. Pepin and Timeless wine, which were our favorites from the flights. However, we didn't limit our stay to just wine. We had some of their food - roasted Brussel Sprouts, Chicken and Avocado Flatbread and Burata Flatbread. All of the food was great! And the owners and staff... Very, very friendly and helpful!! We were greeted as we entered with smiles and were told to order at the bar and have a seat anywhere. We placed our orders and the food arrived quickly. Subsequent orders were taken by their staff at the table, which as nice! Special orders, alterations to the food were no problem (my wife needed lactose-free cheese and gluten-free crust). The Facility... Beautiful! The view is very nice now and will only get better once landscaping is finished! All-in-all a most enjoyable experience.

Lubben Vineyards is just phenomenal! You cannot go wrong there…whether it’s the wine, the amazing views, the food, the service, the vibes of the entire place…it’s incredible! What an amazing addition to the Jones County community. Their gluten free flatbreads are to die for! We happened to be there on a Sunday and they have live music on Sunday’s. This is our new spot for sure!
