BEST CARBONARA I EVER HAD OUTSIDE ROME. I AM OVERJOYED WITH A VERY FULL STOMACH WRITING THIS REVIEW IN THE MIDST OF A GLORIOUS GLUTEN HIGH. SERIOUSLY, FOR THE CARBONARA LOVERS, THIS CARBONARA IS INCREDIBLE, LOADED WITH GUANCIALE AND THE EGG/PECORINO CREAM IS JUST 100% ON SPOT! I HAD IT TOO FAST AN COULD NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF IT. An unexpectedly great local restaurant. Everything about the experience was terrific. They also are very accommodating with gluten-free options on most of their pasta dishes.
