Lucky's Steakhouse

I’ve eaten here before and the food is average, service sub-par. However today was inexcusable We arrived at 8:55, tons of open tables, many open high tops in bar area. We were seated at a high top and didn’t see a waiter until 9:10. No apology for the delay. He delivered my coke and a gluten free menu, then disappeared until 9:25 whereupon he socialized with his only other table for a few minutes, took their bills, then walked right by us without taking our order So, after 30 minutes at our table, without having even been given an opportunity to place our dinner order, i left $3 for my coke and we walked out the door. The wait staff here is young, poorly trained, and unprofessional. I would avoid dining here unless you have 2-3 hours of spare time.
