Lucky Slice Pizza - Logan

I am celiac and had their Margie GF pizza with the balsamic on the side. I ate half the pizza and felt comfortable, which isn't always the case at other places. It was easily the best slice I've had in a long time. The crust was crunchy and soft, not oily, thin and perfect. Very much a NY style pizza (I'm from the shore, it's the best). I will be coming here again. Only four stars for atmosphere though; there were only three clean tables and none were cleaned while we were there. It was a Sunday night though and seems more like people take out than dine in this day of the week.

I've always loved lucky slice, and about 2-3 years ago I had to go gluten-free. And I was glad that lucky slice had gluten-free crust, it was hands down the best gluten-free crust in the valley in my opinion. However recently they changed the crust to a bland crust that tastes like it would be a hard wheat or brown rice flavor. Its really sad and I would not go out of my way to eat the gluten-free pizza here anymore. I miss the old gluten-free crust and hope one day lucky slice will go back to it so I can have my favorite pizza again. I'll still give it 4 stars because lucky slice is a great place and atmosphere disregarding the gluten-free aspect.
