Ordered a plain pizza and gluten free pizza. Repeated the order 3x. The order taker said ‘let me repeat this again so I can get it perfect.’ When I got home I realized they gave me 2 regular pizzas. There was no gluten free pizza. So my daughter and wife had nothing to eat. I had already waited 30 minutes for this order and was really upset. My family was really hungry. I called back to get the order fixed and they said that I didn’t order a gluten free pizza. They said they didn’t make a mistake but they would put in an order for a gluten free pizza. This was now 1.5 hours later. I told them to forget it. They didn’t even apologize. We won’t go back.
