Lume Kitchen and Lounge

I went on a Saturday night at 5pm, and had a wonderful meal with a group of 8. The staff were so kind, very accommodating, and highly attentive. The interior is gorgeous and very chic! The menu was great with many different types of proteins. One of us was gluten free and had no issues. All the food was delicious and had beautiful presentation. So many great dishes to share - Brussels, cauliflower steak, polenta fries, burrata. We all loved our entrees - shrimp pasta cooked to perfection, papardelle with meat sauce, hummus bowl, salmon, lamb. Would definitely return!

Special thank you to the Chef who went above and beyond. I have celiac disease and while the waitress was not knowledgeable on this (I felt this was the case), I asked several times if my food would be subject to any cross contamination. She said a few times it should be fine until I spoke with the chef who informed me that my order would not be celiac safe and proceeded make me my own. Good food great service from him. Definitely would be good if waiters/waitresses were familiar with this as it wasn’t reassuring to know that if I listened I would have suffered but overall a good experience with the chef and he is the reason for my five star review!
