Luminary Kitchen & Provisions

I dined solo on a Saturday night. I made a reservation at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. The Caesar salad had pistachios, which was an interesting twist. It was not a traditional Caesar. They were able to accommodate my gluten-free diet, which was great. The lamb loin main dish was interesting. The Colorado lamb was not at all gamey, which surprised me. It did seem a bit tougher to chew than I expected. The dessert was tasty. I was seeking a special experience and this place delivered. It seems to be one of the more creative restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure to make a reservation!

Food was delicious! A different take on oldies but goodies. I was very happy to see they had a gluten free dessert. A bit off the beaten path, but worth the find. I had the pork schnitzel and look forward to trying something else on my next visit. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.
