Interesting menu, very good and thoughtful with dietary restrictions, from the wait staff to the kitchen. I had a gluten free, dairy free cod with roe and i needed it to be sugar free so they made the sauce compliant. A little heavy on the salt but that might just be my palate. I would have wanted more greens on the plate. But again, that might just be me. Tasted very good. Service is great.

Our dining experience at Luminosa was top-teir. The service was attentive, efficient, and illuminated the artfully crafted menu well. Each dish we tried was as delightful to see as it was to eat. We particularly enjoyed the seasonal Weeds Salad, Lemon Pizza, Beef Carpaccio, and the Polenta side dish! The bread service should not be dismissed. All of the housemade pastas we tried were fantastic, and we were most impressed with how good the texture was in the gluten free pasta option. We also appreciated their commitment to showcasing the best of the Ashville area with locally sourced ingredients. Luminosa has a lovely selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails to acompany a wonderful meal. If you have time, enjoy an after-dinner cocktail at the rooftop bar for stunning veiws. In the heart of downtown Ashville, Luminosa takes hospitality seriously. This place is not to be missed.
