The service was so bad that I can't give it more than 2 stars, even though my breakfast burrito was pretty tasty. I asked if they could just give me the egg white and they said they had none. I didn't ask any questions because it wasn't a big deal. I'm not allergic to yolks. My wife is allergic to gluten and dairy, though, so she asked if they had gluten-free buns and they said they did, so she asked for one. She also asked if they had vegan cheese and was told they didn't, so she requested her burger with no gouda. She got a burger with plenty of gouda on what appeared to be rye sandwich bread. The server acknowledged hearing that my wife ordered the burger with no gouda, but admitted that she didn't know that gouda was cheese. After waiting over 30 minutes from the time we placed our order in a restaurant with two occupied tables that were already served when we arrived at 12:50, we were not about to wait longer and risk them reusing the same meat or bread. The server gave us the opposite of confidence in that not happening. The manager turned out to be less than as helpful as I would expect after the restaurant almost made my wife quite sick. I just checked my account and it appears that they refunded the exact charge for her meal without refunding the tip or the other two orders, which I would like to think would be standard practice. Not a big deal, but I'd avoid the place if you're in a hurry at all or have an allergy or other condition that requires accurate order taking and prep. A food allergy often means days of flu-like symptoms after exposure to an allergen. It would be nice if restaurants could both deal with simple changes that are hardly different than regular topping substitutions, except gluten-free and vegan items cost more, and not act like everyone who asks for gluten-free is being trendy or something. I guarantee that my wife and son would not pay extra to eat less tasty food because they want to be trendy. I have no allergies, but I do my best not to contaminate anything they eat with allergens we'd all like to enjoy. It would be really nice if all restaurants could do the same.

Rude, and the GF menu options are admittedly cross contact. Negating true gluten free. Not celiac safe.
