The convenience of this bistro is a perk! Their variety is great and the gluten free carrot cake is amazing!

We stopped by last weekend, and the store manager, Katie, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She pointed out the gluten-free options and even let us sample some of the delicious gluten-free BLT pasta salad she had just prepared. (We ended up buying some to take with us.) It was light, tasty, and very refreshing on a hot day! We highly recommend checking out Lydia's Grab & Go Bistro! Then go next door to Beaches - The Green Truck Shop to browse at some unique merchandise when you're done.
