The place is beautiful and the food is excellent.
However, we believe there are still several aspects that could be improved, which we understand, given that the place is new.
One of the main reasons we decided to visit the restaurant is because we stopped eating pizza due to celiac disease, and we were thrilled to find a place that offers gluten-free options. We dreamed of being able to enjoy ourselves freely!
But unfortunately, upon arrival, we asked for extra toppings (for which we were willing to pay) and were denied. We know it wasn't the waitress's fault—she was very kind, apologized several times, and seemed genuinely embarrassed—but we were embarrassed to insist further.
Not being able to add something as basic as extra onions to a pizza seemed inconsistent with the idea of an inclusive restaurant. In the end, we felt just as limited as we would at a restaurant that doesn't offer gluten-free options. The same thing happened when my wife wanted to order a toast with extra balsamic (which we know they use on a salad), and she was also denied.
