MA - NOW THAI CUISINE

I have ordered take out here before without problems. I ordered online and then called to make sure my meal was gluten free because my daughter has celiac and told them I did not want curry. I came home and it wasn't labeled like before and had the curry powder. I called and they told me I never called and they hung up on me after I said I would never eat there again. Worse restaurant and customer service ever. if it was possible, I would give zero stars for everything

My favorite Thai restaurant in this area! The food is amazing with lots of gluten free options. However, the young waitress who always serves me both when I go for dine in or takeout is not great. She acts disinterested. I was downloading the menu and she left because it was taking a minute. She went and sat down and ate. I was ready to order quickly and had to wait for her to finish eating and use the restroom before she came back. She delivered my food after I finally ordered and just put o down and without saying anything turned and left. She didn’t check on me again until I was done eating. Other times, she just Durant do the normal things of thanking me for coming. Just delivers food and that’s it. Just seems dismissive and slightly rude. It’s disappointing because the food is so good. But her behavior is always consistent.
