This is one of the BEST chocolate cake I’ve ever had and I didn’t even realize it was gluten free until later. I had sample at the food truck in Spartanburg today looked at the sign later it said Gluten free vegan all that good stuff genuinely very moist and the texture is spot on. Also the person making them is a sweet soul
