A truly surprising discovery! The best almond desserts I've ever tasted, without exaggerating. One evening in April, with a group of friends, we came across this little gastronomic treasure. The owner, with great passion, told us the story of his desserts made with Toritto almonds, gluten-free and without added sugars. A perfect combination of authentic taste and quality of raw materials. An experience that absolutely deserves to be known and shared!

For my birthday I chose a gluten and lactose free cake. Beautiful and good. You couldn't feel the difference from a cake with gluten. Compliments. Highly recommended.

Simply FANTASTIC.. Gluten and lactose free pastries that have broken every limit found in many (too many) other catering businesses in ITALY, motivated by the absence of gluten flours. In this pastry shop, however, the pastries are PHARAONIC in taste, consistency... in everything!!!! The savory ones as well. For those who are less fortunate than others due to their intolerances, once they enter the pastry shop, they RISEN; It seems too good to be true... but in reality it's all real. Very honest prices. The only disappointment is having it far away, as I live in Ravenna. The master pastry chef deserves a bigger stage, in my opinion he is among the best at a national level.
