MAD Greens - Highlands Ranch

This is a good place to grab a healthy meal. All of the ingredients are nice and fresh and the staff is very friendly. You can get your salad made exactly how you like it and they have plenty of gluten free options. This shopping area does get busy during peak hours so you can expect a line if coming during the normal rush. You can eat in, take out, or order ahead for quick pick up inside.

I forgot to get the gentleman’s name who assisted me this afternoon around 12:45pm but I have celiac disease and I had already ordered a take out order. I shouldn’t have assumed the candied pecans on the salad were gluten free. I went back in to double check everything and he remade me a new salad after seeing which one I ordered and added some almonds on it instead! This was totally my fault too, so I was thankful for his kindness and willingness to make sure I wouldn’t get sick!
