MAD Greens - Louisville

I love coming here for a good salad! The place has an amazing atmosphere and menu, they have great seasonal dishes. The manager Rosie is very understanding person and makes sure you are satisfied with your meal. The rest of her staff is amazing too and very attentive. It's not easy eating gluten free but I always feel like I have plenty of options here.

I work at the hospital down the street and created a $15 salad. I have celiac disease. I chose the crisp jalapeños thinking they were plain jalapeños (there was no label that they are fried and breaded). Called mad greens for a refund or credit and they told me no. So I just spent money and time on something I cannot eat. The employee was very rude when I called, sighed on the phone as if I inconvenienced her. If I could give zero stars I would. My hospital orders from them often and I will definitely be spreading the word about my experience on our staff boards.
