I have been celiac for 10 years now, these are the first if not the only brioches to get 10 out of 10, absolutely recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs.

As a celiac I thank Laura... The croissants are something exceptional. While I was eating my brioche I was moved. You can feel all the research into flavor and consistency.
In addition, the aperitifs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon are very refined. Furthermore, there is no risk of contamination because everything is gluten-free.
I will definitely be back! ❤️
