As a celiac I thank Laura... The croissants are something exceptional. While I was eating my brioche I was moved. You can feel all the research into flavor and consistency.
In addition, the aperitifs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon are very refined. Furthermore, there is no risk of contamination because everything is gluten-free.
