We ended up in the restaurant by chance, but the truth is that we were not disappointed at all. The owner is Italian and the place was full of Italian people, so before the food arrived we already knew that the pasta we ordered would not disappoint us. The carbonara was incredible and we wanted to come back another day just to eat it again. They also offer gluten-free pasta options for celiacs.

I went back three weeks ago after a few months. Carbonara again because, personally, I've never eaten anything so good, and I've tried many. Perfect, gluten free which is fine for me. Whoever was with me had two tapas, one better than the other. 2 very good gluten free desserts, red and mineral wine. Soon I will be back in Fuerteventura and we will see each other again. The girl at the tables is the best you can expect.
