Had a regular sized bowl and it was quite small compared to my husband's large. In order to get a gluten free option (which is why we tried Maru) I couldn't use any sauce at all and I had to do the build your bowl option. They brought me something they said was gluten feee soya sauce, but I think it was vinegar. There was a nice amount of salmon but they skipped on the rest which was all veg. It was a four star at best and we found it quite a bit more expensive than more local fare. We ordered mineral water and got a bottle of flat that I'm pretty sure was refilled from a cooler for 350Rs. Drinks were quite expensive, even tea. Atmosphere was ok, staff were very helpful.
