Very nice place, nice and welcoming environment. The service is a bit slow, but the food is worth it, everything is very good even gluten-free.

Pathetic service, we arrived at the 2nd shift at 9.30pm and dishes arrived at 10.30pm, furthermore we were a group of 10 people who were served with a gap of 10 minutes per person, when one finished eating the other started because the dishes didn't arrive. The meat we chose was not shown before cooking and the weight was not told nor was the doneness asked, the fries were cold and mushy, furthermore a hamburger ordered was not marked and therefore a person with celiac disease ate 40 minutes after all the others and even with a different sandwich from the one ordered! And the medium beers ordered were not medium but small since as per the photo the glass was 33 cl, it is a medium beer and between 400/500 ml! Furthermore, the table was not large enough for 10 people so another lower and smaller table was added to which the legs could not fit under, which was painful. A place never to be returned, and incompetent and unprofessional waiters, who don't even remember the salt for the steaks and forget to put the dishes and sauces for the side dishes. Finally, music in the room so loud that you couldn't hear the other person in front of the table and lights that illuminated the room like that of a church at night that you couldn't even see your feet. If the owner, instead of asking customers for reviews in exchange for discounts, committed himself to making the place more efficient and correcting all these major inabilities, it would be better, if someone doesn't know how to manage too many seats, just place 10. 1 star too much
