I very much appreciate the awareness and sensitivity to allergens here. They were able to do no salt fresh cut fries for me! Yes!!!! My friend is gluten-intolerant and has random intense reactions when he goes out at times, so he asked if cross-contamination could be minimized, and all the young staff here didn't bat an eye at ensuring they all knew to treat his gluten intolerance seriously and treated his request respectfully. Am very impressed that all diners are welcome here. This isn't a typical BBQ restaurant! - US Army Veteran who has eaten here many times during events for veterans' organizations

Extremely allergen friendly and attentive staff. My wife has Celiac Disease and they were easily able to accommodate that. Wonderful food and a staff that actually cares and is knowledgeable about food allergies.
