Good at gluten-free food 👍😋👏

Good pizza... BUT... Absolutely terrible customer service, can't remember the last time I experienced such bad service! The staff were more concerned with everything else than the guests, they were not attentive, not friendly and several looked grumpy... Then it peaked when my aunt got the wrong food. She got a regular sandwich, but had ordered gluten-free (for a reason). When she went back with the food and explained (kindly) she only met resistance and was told that "no she hadn't ordered gluten-free". She always orders gluten free!!! In other words, if someone behind the till doesn't get the correct order, and/or enters it incorrectly - then it shouldn't be passed on to the guest. She didn't get an apology, new food or other compensation, so had to settle for paying for the food she couldn't eat (due to allergies). Unfortunately, we won't be going here again the first time!! Make sure that the employees receive training in sales and service!!!
