I've been going here since arriving in St. Albert a little while back. Helpful staff when it comes to gluten free choices for celiac people. The prices are decent - it is M&M so there's a premium because this is _not_ the freezer section at a grocery it is good food ready to heat up. Love the chicken wings. The desserts are wonderful too.
