They are very conscientious of gluten sensitivity, everyone put on new gloves to handle the food. The gf crust is decent, too.

I had heard how good MOD Pizza is from several friends, so we decided to try it. It was very good. You pick a size and style and then you can add up to 40 different ingredients to your pizza at no extra charge! They even have gluten free pizza dough available!
