The last time I ordered from MOD, they were having a rough time: their machines were down, they ran out of dough, and all this was happening in the middle of dinner rush. However, the way their employees conducted themselves in this stressful situation was both highly professional and a testament to the care they have for their customers. They were able to provide various options for crust (gluten-free and cauliflower), refund orders that needed them, and gave out free drinks and coupons for a free pizza for the inconvenience. I definitely feel bad for those employees, but the way they handled a situation out of their control and still deliver a delicious pizza will only solidify my dedication as a customer to this company.
