Gotta love MOD. My husband recently went gluten free, so I was happy to see they had a gluten friendly crust option. He said it was great - even crisper than the typical crust. Friendly, quick service. Clean location.

I was caught off guard by the complete lack of protocols in place for gluten allergies. They offered a gluten free crust but didn’t understand what cross contamination meant at all. I expect some cross contamination in a pizza restaurant but they didn’t even change gloves, clean the surface, etc. it was disappointing. Most other pizza places have basic knowledge of cross contamination and do their best to minimize risks.
