They don't take gluten allergy serious at all even if you explain it to the geniuses over and over. Retrain your staff. It's pretty simple to prep the area for gluten allergy. We do it in my restaurant all the time. Staff are just too lazy to do so even if you are the only customer in the establishment.

When you have to eat Gluten free, and you want Pizza, MOD Pizza is the place to be. Their Gluten free crust is thin and crispy. I have never been dissapointed with it. Service is quck, but they no longer have Sriracha and other condiments you an bring to your table. Instead the staff dole out individual portions when you ask. The Patio is pretty good. some parts do not have shade, which is important in Texas.
