This location used to be super great but as of late, the customer service had snowballed down hill. Not all the employees are terrible but there is this one specific girl that is absolutely horrendous. She would not acknowledge any customers and when asked about orders, she basically waved us all off saying "It'll be ready in 5 minutes." I totally understand being understaffed and busy but it should never bleed into the service given to customers. Especially those standing around and only asking once. She never called out orders and when others came to assist, she pushed them away. My boyfriend literally had to push through her to get our order that another employee was about to hand us and she took away. At least, this time they got our gf crusts. Usually we have to triple check before leaving since we've experienced getting all the way home with non gluten friendly crusts and having to drive all the way back for remakes multiple times.

We love MOD. This is a new location in Newcastle. Our first time. Very nice and helpful employees. Been to many different MODs and this was up there as the best pizza to date. Plenty of cheese. Some locations are more skimpy and you have to almost beg for xtra. This is a great place for family's as well. Very reasonable prices for how terrific the food is. Only like $11 for a big gluten free pizza, loaded with yummy toppings. You just can't get a better deal for a GF crust in a sit down establishment. Was large enough to feed 2 healthy appetites. UPDATED: at a recent visit we were not as happy with the service or the pizza. There was only one guy making pizza and one guy hanging around the ovens waiting for pizzas to cook and calling out names. We were third in line and the 1st person ordered 4 different pizzas that took forever to make. The drink station area was out of products utensils, peppers etc. Didn't they used to have plastic plates so you can set your food down? The pizza itself was bland and the cauliflower crust was pretty bad. The toppings are pretty skimpy too. The pizza maker seemed flustered probably bc he was alone and busy and keeping people waiting. Not our favorite location. Better when they first opened. 3 stars bc it's inexpensive.
