MOD Pizza

I forgot to add I was talking about the MOD PIZZA in Turlock, CA.

I haven’t eaten here in over a year, because although they initially accommodate you as they are making the pizza, the sauce is cross contaminated and they put the pizza in the oven on the crust, not in a pan, and use the same tool for all pizzas to put them in and take them out. Before I understood about cross contamination, I ate there, each time feeling sick afterwards. After learning more on this gluten free journey, I realize why I was getting sick. We have not eaten there since. It’s a bit frustrating, because some simple procedures could make it a safe place for us.
