The cauliflower crust is actually pretty dang good. It held up really well and the flavor was great, too.
They really didn't make any effort to keep it separated and safe from the rest of the store, though, so if you're genuinely going exnay on the gluten-ay for intolerance issues I'm not sure I'd trust it.
