MOD Pizza

I saw this place in passing by before, but I decided to give them a try after my boss told me about her kid's ordering pizza from here & wanted to put so much topping, that it was so heavy. I didn't really understand what she meant, but I went because she also said they have good cauliflower crust. I have one at the house who needs gluten free, so I decided to go there. At first I had to study the menu a lil bit, but the menu is actually quite simple. You have regular (thinner in crust), thicker crust, cauliflower, gluten free (the last two you have 'extra charge' up, from the 'MOD' pizza, their original/regular crust. Then once you like the "set" to start your order, then you can modify by adding whatever extra topping you'd like to add, no extra charge. My favorite is the Dominic [White sauce, asiago, fresh chopped basil, red onion, sliced tomatoes, mild sausage] on Cauliflower crust, then I add arthichokes & grilled red pepper. Yum ... If you want to add extra sauce AFTER pizza was done being baked, you can. Yup, they got this right 👍🏻. I like the Cauliflower crust better compared to GF (have a doughy feel on the crust). Ok, now go find your fave 😎🍕

The pizza is good and it always comes out quick. Great options for gluten and dairy free.
