MOD Pizza

I recently visited Mod Pizza and was thoroughly impressed with their gluten-free crust option. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it can be difficult to find a good pizza crust that actually tastes good. However, Mod Pizza's gluten-free crust was absolutely delicious and held up well under the weight of all the toppings we chose. We loved being able to customize our own pizzas and the service was fast and friendly. Overall, Mod Pizza exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning in the future to try out more of their tasty crust options.

This pizza is so good! Made on demand, you build your own pizza from crust, to sauce, to a wide variety of toppings including cheeses, meats, and vegetables. It's hard to limit yourself to what will fit on the pizza! It was a mad house when we went, but the line went fast and we had our pizzas within a few minutes. There is a gluten free crust available, but there are not ingredient lists readily available for those with allergies. However, the staff tracked down the information we needed. There is indoor and outdoor seating and parking in both the front and back of the strip mall. Delicious food!
