MOFU Japanese bakery

I've been following MOFU's instagram for a while, drooling over their cakes in a can and mochi muffins. So my kids and I finally visited and OMG I need to go back right now! It's a simple shop but perfect for grabbing yummy treats to take home. There are a bunch of cake in a can flavors and I pretty sure we tried most of them and LOVED them all. I had the Matcha and Red Bean and I want another one right now. 🤤 There were lots of pretty cakes and it was cool that they were all Gluten free. The chestnut cake was really moist with a nice subtle sweetness so we'll definitely be trying more.

Amazing cakes. And considering it’s gluten free. Is amazing. It’s so moist. Definitely not dry cardboard which is what you get for gluten free. And the cake in a can was cute too! Will come back to try more
