We went to have something to drink, and we stopped there since there were also options for a celiac among us. It was a very quick stop, but the gluten-free almond cake was delicious.

We only stayed one night because we were passing through. The room was more than adequate and very clean. The cafeteria is a very special, very pleasant place, run by Montse and her daughter, who make things easy from the very first minute. I'm the celiac on Friday. It's a shame I couldn't try your Santiago cake! Because from the looks of the rest, it must be delicious. If we go back to Monforte, I'll definitely try it. And their recommendations for where to go for lunch are worth keeping in mind if you want to eat well in Monforte.
