Classic place to get a REALLY good Sandwich. This place beats subway or Jimmy Johns any-day. They offer gluten free bread although i wouldn’t recommend if you have Celiac due to the nature of the place. The gluten free bread is small but the filling isnt! I still found myself content after eating.

Worth the drive for us. Never a bad (always a great) hearty sandwich or soup. Lots of choices and happy to customize the sandwiches, including gluten free. I fill up on the 6 inch long and only get bigger sizes if sharing or saving for next meal. Parking and line can be tough at lunch, and only a couple of tables. Pass the time watching the Master Sandwich Makers do their magic, or order ahead -by phone only- and skip the line. Lots of unique choices for beverages (beers, sodas, juices, no fountain drinks) and chips, too. The dill pickle slice is a nice complimentary (and complementary) touch. Soup of the day is chef's choice except Friday. Great chili every day.
