I had a delicious fluffy glutenfree Pinsa (see picture) and due to the fact that they are well informed (separate oven and separate wooden plate) I had no symptoms although I am highly sensitive.

Both the gluten-free pizza and the normal pizza are really recommended. Staff is nice and friendly. Would love to come back.
