Gluten and limited dairy sensitive diner here, Nicole, our waitress, was awesome. I looked up the menu before going (they have a GF menu) and knew exactly what I was getting. she was knowledgeable about their cross contamination prevention processes (GF only pans, and GF pizzas are baked on disposable pans!!)and I was really at ease ordering. I got Black and Bleu steak tips, and a wedge salad. The wedge salad was on a head of romaine cut in half which seems genius to me, such ease for eating vs the typical quartered iceberg. the steak tips were incredible, I was so satisfied after eating every bite. would have licked the plates but I was trying to be classy 😉🫣 ... I may have licked the plate of steak...
